Purposes and basis for processing your personal data.
Your personal data is processed by Haskovo Municipality for the purposes of the administrative service and/or procedure.
Your personal data is processed solely and exclusively in relation to the specific purpose for which it was provided and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
Video surveillance is carried out in Haskovo Municipality for the purpose of preventing, deterring, managing and investigating safety and security incidents, as well as for the purpose of protecting persons, property and documents from fire, theft, unlawful entry, attacks or other threats.
The processing of your personal data is necessary for compliance with the legal obligations of the Municipality of Haskovo, for the exercise of the official powers granted to the municipal administration and in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1 of Regulation 2016/679.
Are your personal data provided to third parties?
Haskovo Municipality provides your data to third parties only in cases explicitly regulated by legal provision.
Period of storage of personal data.
The period for storing your personal data in connection with the relevant service and/or procedure depends on the regulatory requirements relating to this service and/or procedure. For cases with storage periods not foreseen in the regulatory framework, the “Nomenclature of Cases of Haskovo Municipality” is applicable.
Video surveillance recordings are stored for a period of 20 days.
Your rights regarding your personal data processed by Haskovo Municipality.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of its processing, to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
All of the listed rights are not absolute and may be limited by legislation under strictly defined conditions for each specific case.
If you want to exercise your rights, you can submit a written application to the “Administrative Services” salon of Haskovo Municipality, “Obshtinski” Square No. 1 or submit an application electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.
When submitting the application for the exercise of rights within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to the Municipality of Haskovo, you will be asked to identify yourself – by providing an identity document, by electronic signature or by other methods and means of identification.
